We offer two time slots available for hire.

Day: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Night: 6.00pm - 12.00am (Sundays until 10pm only)

Monday โ€“ Thursday: $1,500 + GST
Friday - Saturday: $1,800 + GST
Sunday: $2,200 + GST

Summer Season

  • The Ros Packer Room can accommodate up to 115 guests for cocktail-style events, 80 guests for seated events, and 115 guests in a theatre setup.

  • Yes, the Ros Packer Room includes a spacious balcony offering stunning views of Bondi Beach, perfect for breaks or additional event space.

  • The room hire includes a cordless microphone, lectern, laptop, and smartphone cable for in-house speakers. Additional AV equipment is available for hire.

  • Yes, we offer a range of catering packages through our preferred caterers. All food must be pre-prepared and delivered as there are no kitchen facilities on-site.

  • Yes, the room can be divided into two separate areas using partition walls, making it ideal for smaller meetings or breakout sessions.

  • The standard hire hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM or 6 PM to midnight, with Sunday events ending at 10 PM. Additional hours are available for an extra fee.
