Level 1 is our smaller function space offered (115sqm) at The Clubhouse, best known as the Ros Packer Room. It is renowned for its fully tailored experience for corporate conferences, training days, offsites and meetings. Offering an abundance of natural light, guests have an opportunity to enjoy their scheduled breaks basking in the fresh air and sunshine whilst taking in the incredible beach views.
The Ros Packer Room also works well for smaller more intimate birthday parties and cocktail functions where access to a fully stocked and functioning bar is available. Please note this room does not have a kitchen within the room nor any heating facilities so all catering needs to be pre-prepared and delivered.
If you do choose to use the Ros Packer Room as a corporate space, we offer catering packages via our preferred caterers and for smaller numbers you can arrange for fresh barista coffees to be delivered to your room!
The venue room hire fee gives you access from 9am – 5pm OR 6pm – midnight. (Sundays until 10pm only). If you wish to bump-in/-out earlier or later than your event time, additional room hire fees will apply.

Event Audio Visual Requirements
The Clubhouse is renowned for its state-of-the-art AV system. The AV equipment that is included in the room hire fee is a cordless microphone, a lectern, laptop, and a smart phone cable that can connect to the in-house speakers.
However, you may also opt to use some of the other in-house AV equipment available to you that includes 86” TV, staging and various lighting options for an additional cost (please see optional extras in Venue Information tab). You are of course welcome to have your own DJ/band!
Furniture INCLUDED in room hire fees: Large rectangular tables (seat 6 guests), Square café tables (seat 4 guests), Tall round cocktail tables & bar stools (seat 4 guests). Furniture EXCLUDED in room hire fees: Large 8-10-person round banquet tables ($35 per table). You may style the L1 / Ros Packer Room with other signage, greenery, flowers, furniture and props from external vendors at your expense. Restrictions regarding wall and window applications may apply and are at the discretion of the North Bondi Functions & Events Manager.
