  • The Clubhouse is a premium event and function venue located at the iconic Bondi Beach, offering versatile spaces with breathtaking ocean views for a variety of events, from corporate functions to personal celebrations.

  • The Clubhouse accommodates a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and brand activations. Each space is versatile and can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

  • You can book a tour by filling out the contact form on our website or by calling our event management team directly. We’ll be happy to arrange a time that suits you.

  • Capacity varies by room:

    • Level 1 (Ros Packer Room): Up to 115 standing, 80 seated.

    • The Rooftop (Ben Buckler & Legends Rooms): Up to 260 standing, 220 seated.

    • The Forecourt: Ideal for outdoor brand activations and events, with no fixed capacity.

  • No, however we work with amazing local companies who we can get you in touch with to book before your event with us!

  • While we offer state-of-the-art AV equipment, you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend discussing your requirements with our event management team to ensure compatibility with our systems.

  • Our standard venue hire covers from 9am–5pm or 6pm–midnight. For events requiring earlier or later access, additional room hire fees may apply.

  • You are welcome to style the venue with your own decorations, but restrictions may apply regarding wall and window applications. Please consult with our Functions & Events Manager for more details.

  • We do not offer on-site parking, but there are several parking options nearby. We recommend discussing transport and parking arrangements with our event team when planning your event.

  • Absolutely! The Clubhouse is a perfect venue for both ceremonies and receptions, offering breathtaking views and flexible spaces to accommodate your needs.

  • The Clubhouse is ideal for weddings, birthdays, engagements, and other special occasions. We offer tailored experiences to make your personal event unforgettable.

  • From conferences and training sessions to corporate off-sites and meetings, The Clubhouse provides versatile spaces equipped with advanced AV systems to ensure your corporate event is a success.

  • The Clubhouse has hosted a variety of high-profile brand activations for companies such as Nike, IKEA, and Australian Fashion Week. The Forecourt and Rooftop are particularly popular for their visibility and stunning backdrop.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons like spring and summer. This ensures you have access to your preferred space and date.
