Level Two Pricing

We offer two time slots available for hire.

Day: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Night: 6.00pm - 12.00am (Sundays until 10pm only)

(1 September – 30 April)

Monday – Thursday: $2,750 + GST
Friday - Saturday: $3,400 + GST
Sunday: $3,850 + GST

Summer Season

(1 May – 31 August)

Monday – Thursday: $2,300 + GST
Friday - Saturday: $3,000 + GST
Sunday: $3,400 + GST

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about The Clubhouse, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • The Rooftop can accommodate up to 260 guests for cocktail-style events, 220 guests for seated events, and 260 guests in a theatre setup.

  • You don’t have to use both sides! We’ve got a room divider on Level 2, so feel free to section it off however you like. Your space, your call!

  • The Rooftop offers floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic ocean views, a flexible floorplan, and a private U-shaped Terrace for outdoor events.

  • You are welcome to style The Rooftop with signage, greenery, and props. However, restrictions may apply to wall and window applications, subject to the Event Manager's discretion.

  • Yes, basic AV equipment is included, such as a cordless microphone, lectern, and laptop. Additional equipment like 86” TVs and staging can be arranged at an extra cost.

  • The standard hire hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM or 6 PM to midnight, with Sunday events ending at 10 PM. Extra hours can be arranged for an additional fee.
