Extras & Tech
The Clubhouse has a range of optional extras available for hire for your functions, if you would like to book any of the extras listed below, please indicate on this form and costs will be added to your final invoice.
TV - Included in room hire fee, each space features a large plasma television with aspect ratio 16:9. Functionality to connect laptops is provided.
Level 2 Ben Buckler - 100 inches
Level 2 Legends Room - 85 inches
Level 1 Ros Packer Room - 85 inches
wifi – Function WiFi is included in venue hire fee with the password provided on the day of your event.
welcome sign – We offer a customisable welcome screen to greet your guests. You are able to provide custom artwork to the specifications 16 x 9 as a .jpeg file or we can provide a basic template.
video conferecing – The clubhouse offers the techincal facilities for video conference calling, more information can be provided upon request.
whiteboard – a mobile Whiteboard with markers is included in venue hire fee
flipchart – Flip chart stand with 8 x paper sheets can be provided for $25+GST each. No markers are provided.
lecturn/microphone – a lecturn and handheld microphone can be provided upon request.
lighting – if your booking is for Level 2 we offer Festoon and Fairy lights available for hire at an additional cost. Please let your functions manager know if you are interested in having these available for your function.
