As a fully licensed venue, The Clubhouse has a requirement under NSW liquor laws to ensure food is served when alcohol is being sold or supplied.
As a Functions venue, we do not provide in-house catering services, but we do offer a choice of recommended caterers, or you can hire your own. Our appointed caterers offer a large selection of menus that cover different function and events needs and can accommodate all budgets.
CATERING CONDITIONS
If you choose to use an external caterer, a $500 + GST kitchen cleaning/hire fee will apply.
It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure delivery and removal of all catering crockery and serving utensils prior to the end of the event booking time. Additional kitchen cleaning fees will apply for any food and/or catering items that:
– are left behind without proper disposal
– are prepared for next-day collection without proper dish cleaning and sealed food storage
– leave mess or smell on any kitchen surfaces, in fridges/freezers, and on kitchen floors
If you need to store food in the cool room prior to your event, there is a $500 + GST cool room storage fee.

Choose from one of our beverage packages options that provide you with a selection of quality wines and beers that are designed for various function lengths or opt to choose your own array of beverages from our extensive list and pay for drinks on consumption that is set-up for you on a pre-determined bar tab.
If there is a specific product that you do not see on our beverage list, please do let us know and we will endeavour to order that product for your function, note we do not allow beverages of any kind to be brought into the club for consumption.
