The Clubhouse is a fully licensed venue and has a requirement under NSW liquor laws to ensure food is available when alcohol is being sold or supplied, therefore all bookings within the venue must abide by these rules.
As we do not have a permanent on-site catering company and to assist with the above regulations, we do offer a choice of preferred caterers who we work with regularly who know both the venue and the kitchen intimately. Our appointed caterers offer a large selection of menus that cover different function and events needs and can accommodate all budgets.
Should you love our venue as much as we do and want to bring in your own caterer, we certainly offer that option and will provide exclusive access to our exceptionally appointed commercial kitchen for a fee of $500, note that the cleaning of the kitchen becomes the responsibility of the caterer, and a surcharge will be charged to the client if it is not handed back in the same clean condition.

Originally from New Zealand where he headed up several restaurants, award-winning Chef, Darren Elmes (Chef Daz) took up residence in Sydney in 2002 and opened the renowned Wildfire at Circular Quay before moving onto open The Eastern Hotel in Bondi Junction. In 2005 Chef Daz moved to Bondi’s Hotel Ravesis before starting his own catering company, Wonderful Cuisine Catering in 2017.

The Clubhouse provides a range of options to suit your function needs. Choose from one of our beverage packages options that provide you with a selection of quality wines and beers that are designed for various function lengths or opt to choose your own array of beverages from our extensive list and pay for drinks on consumption that is set-up for you on a pre-determined bar tab.
If there is a specific product that you do not see on our beverage list, please do let us know and we will endeavour to order that product for your function, note we do not allow beverages of any kind to be brought into the club for consumption.
